Technology Best Practices (Wiley Best Practices)

This collegiate text book was written in early 2000 and most would have thought it, at some point would have outlived it usefulness. Think again, although the text does not speak to physical technologies it does say a lot about technology. It tries to help the reader to understand technology for in a social relevance and understanding, that as professionals we can speak to all levels of people and help them understand the facets of technology which they are faced with. It's interesting to me, that after 16 years I had hoped to find this book in the bargain bin. But, alas it's importance to those who either do not understand or simply have a tough time coming down to a level of people speak that is natural and informing. I lost my book, at LAX in 2006. I have not been able to afford the price tag of the new version.
